A2Z Infra Engineering Ltd., a provider of construction services, will be in focus after its Madhya Pradesh Paschim Ksetra Vidyut Vitran Company, Indore, awarded three contracts of Rs 567 million (excluding GST) for outsourcing of unskilled, Semi-skilled manpower for Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Work and other related services. 

Bharti Airtel Ltd:

Bharti Airtel Ltd., telecom service provider, will be in focus as it may go for consolidation after Etisalat Nigeria looks for buyers. 

Coal India Ltd:

Coal India Ltd., a state-owned miner, will be in focus after its 10% stake sale has been deferred following a sharp decline in the stock price. 

Equitas Holdings Ltd:

Equitas Holdings Ltd., provider of micro finance services, will be in focus after Equitas Small Finance Bank launches its digital product, selfe FASTag, the first self-service FASTag in the country

GAIL Ltd: 

GAIL Ltd., largest state-owned natural gas processor & distributor, will be in focus after CCI ordered a fresh investigation it for alleged abuse of dominant position with regard to supply of natural gas. 

Gallantt Ispat Ltd:

Gallantt Ispat Ltd., a local iron manufacturer, will be in focus after it approved availing of loan worth Rs 600 million from HDFC Bank. 

Hindustan Unilever Ltd:

Hindustan Unilever Ltd., maker of lifebuoy, Lux, will be in focus as it will report its quarterly earnings today. The destocking by the trade in the weeks before the GST rollout is likely to hamper the growth numbers. 

Hindustan Construction Corp Ltd:

Hindustan Construction Corp Ltd., a public-private provider of construction services, will be in focus after it 4.76 million shares to Vijaya Bank upon loan conversion under S4A scheme. 

Indian Oil Corporation Ltd:

Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, India's largest refinery, will be in focus after it is in talks to buy out the government's 66% stake in upstream major Oil India. This is all a part of the Modi government's vision to create integrated oil and gas companies, and as announced by Finance Minister in his 2017 Budget speech. 

ITC Ltd:

ITC Ltd., a cigarette maker, will be in focus after the GST Council on Jul 17 raised the cess on cigarettes to take away an estimated Rs 50 billion annual 'windfall' manufacturers could have reaped from lower GST rates. 

Reliance Industries Ltd., Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd:

Reliance Industries Ltd. A Mukesh Ambani led group, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd, India's biggest oil explorer., ONGC will be in focus after the government ordered RIL, Shell and ONGC to pay a combined $3 billion in penalty following an arbitration award in the Panna Mukta Tapti (PMT) oil field dispute that went in favour of the government. RIL and Shell have appealed the arbitration award in a UK court. 

State Bank of India:

State Bank of India, largest state-owned lender, will be in focus as its subsidiary, SBI Life Insurance Company, files Initial Public Offer a DHRP for up to 120 million equity shares of face value of Rs 10.

TVS Motor Ltd:

TVS Motor Ltd., the third largest two wheeler maker, will be in focus after its surpassed Hero Moto-Corp in scooter sales in the fiscal first quarter, growing at more than 35% when the segment volume at the two-wheeler market leader fell marginally. The local two-wheeler unit of Honda Motor still perched atop the scooter market with a lead that was nearly three times TVS Motor's sales in the April-June period. 

Thermax Ltd:

Thermax Ltd., an Indian energy and environment engineering service provider, will be in focus after it sought members' nod to re-appoint MS Unnikrishnan as MD, CEO. 

NHPC Ltd:

NHPC Ltd., a provider of hydroelectric power generation, will be in focus after its board will meet on Jul 27 to consider raising Rs 50 billion via bonds/debentures. 

Ultratech Cement Ltd., Network18 Media Investments Ltd., HT Media Ltd.,  Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd., among other to announce Apr-Jun quarter earnings release today.
