Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd:

Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd, a business & trade service provider, will be in focus after Azim Premji led Premji Invest, a private equity firm, invested an estimated Rs 7 billion picking up a 2.2% stake in Aditya Birla Capital, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aditya Birla Nuvo.

Ashok Leyland Ltd: 

Ashok Leyland Ltd, India's second largest commercial vehicle maker, will be in focus on plans to expand of its commercial vehicle business. The auto maker plans to introduce a slew of product.

Bank of Baroda Ltd: 

Bank of Baroda Ltd, a state-owned lender, will be in focus after Nomura, a brokerage firm upgraded the lender to 'Buy' with a target price of Rs 200.

IndiGo Ltd:

IndiGo Ltd, the largest passenger carrier, will be in focus on talks to passwrites to aviation minister with 2 options for Air India. IndiGo showed interest in buying Air India's international operations or domestic operations as well.

ITC Ltd:

ITC Ltd, the cigarette maker, will be in focus after the company raced past Hindustan Unilever four years in the overall foods business. The cigarette company evidenced its makeover into a diversified group through double-digit growth in the consumer foods business, which crossed the Rs 80 billion revenue mark in the fiscal ending March 2017.

Kesoram Industries Ltd: 

Kesoram Industries Ltd, a part of the BK Birla Group, will be in focus after it revealed its plan to increase industrial footprint in the eastern region of the country after the buy-back of spun pipe and the heavy chemicals businesses from Camden Industries Ltd.

Reliance Communications Ltd:

Reliance Communications Ltd., the Anil Ambani led telecommunications service provider, will be in focus as it seeks to give up spectrum worth Rs 3.4 billion.

UltraTech and Jaiprakash Associates Ltd: 

UltraTech and Jaiprakash Associates Ltd, largest cement maker, will be in focus after UltraTech Cement has completed the Rs 161.89 billion acquisition of Jaiprakash Associates' six integrated cement plants and five grinding units, having a capacity of 21.2 million tonnes.

Bharti Airtel Ltd., the largest listed telecom service provider, will be in focus after it received statutory approval on Tuesday from the Competition Commission of India (CCI) for its proposed merger with the Indian unit of Norway's Telenor.

Oil India Ltd:

Oil India Ltd., the state-owned largest oil refiner, will be in focus after it announced oil discovery in the Baghjan mining lease in the upper Assam basin.

Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd:

Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC), the state-owned largest oil & natural gas explorator, will be in focus after the Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM) is set to seek cabinet approval to buy the government's entire stake in refiner Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) in line with the oil ministry's proposal of creating a domestic oil giant, people with direct knowledge of the matter told Economic Times.

Reliance Communications Ltd:

Reliance Communications Ltd., the fourth largest listed telecom service provider, will be in focus after rating agencies Fitch and Moody's downgraded credit rating on account of its fragile liquidity position and limited ability to pay back debt. 

Sical Logistics Ltd:

Sical Logistics Ltd., an integrated logistics solutions provider, will be in focus after it announced of receiving letter of acceptance from Mahandhi Coal fields for excavation of overburden at Bharatpur Mines, Odisha. The contract is valued at Rs 2.89 billion.

Tata Consultancy Service Ltd & Siemens Ltd:

Tata Consultancy Services Ltd (TCS), the largest exporter of software services and Siemens Ltd., the electronics equipments maker, will be in focus after they announced a collaboration around Internet of Things (IoT) innovation that will enable customers to benefit from data insights and services based on "MindSphere", a cloud-based, open IoT operating system from Siemens. 

Vivimed Labs Ltd:

Vivimed Labs Ltd., the drug maker, will be in focus after it announced that its API manufacturing facility located in Sant Celoni, Spain was recently inspected by the USFDA. The unit successfully completed inspection with zero 483 observations.

DEN Networks Ltd., the cable TV services provider, will be in focus as plans to exit from TV commerce business to focus on cable and broadband segments by selling its entire stake in Macro Commerce on a going concern basis.



Grasim Industries Ltd:

Grasim Industries Ltd, the building material maker, will be in focus after NCLT bench at Ahemdabad approved the composite scheme of arrangement between the Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd and Grasim Industries Ltd.

ICICI Bank Ltd:

ICICI Bank Ltd., the largest privately owned lender, will be in focus on its decision to sell a part of its stake in joint-venture firm ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd through an Initial Public Offer.

ITC Ltd:

ITC Ltd., the largest cigarette maker, will be in focus after it revealed its plan to sell premium fruits and vegetables and pricey processed foods, competing directly with existing retailers and newage grocers such as Amazon Fresh, hastening its transformation into one of India's most diversified consumer companies from just biggest cigarette maker.

Manugraph India Ltd, manufacturer of web offset presses, will be in focus after Manugraph Americas Inc. USA, wholly owned subsidiary Company have filed a voluntary chapter 11 (Bankruptcy Protection Petition) of United States Code with the United States Bankruptcy Court on June 1, 2017.



Power Finance Corporation Ltd:

Power Finance Corporation Ltd., the state-owned lender of power infrastructure, will be in focus as it offered Rs 36 billion loan to four distribution companies of Uttar Pradesh to help them lay infrastructure for new connections. The three-year loan, the largest ever to be offered by the state-run financier to distribution companies, will help the state provide new connections to 1.14 million households in remote areas, PFC chairman Rajeev Sharma told ET.

State Bank of India:

State Bank of India (SBI), the largest state-owned lender, will be in focus after it opened share sale through private placement at Rs 287.58 apiece to raise Rs 110 billion. This is part of plans to garner Rs 150 billion capital from markets in the current fiscal.

Strides Shasun Ltd:

Strides Shasun Ltd., the drug maker, will be in focus after its Bangalore unit received three observations from the US health regulator. 

Tata Motors Ltd:

Tata Motors Ltd, the owner of Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) luxury brand, will be in focus after the resignation of Ravindra Pisharody as executive director of the company Jun 05, 2017.


Wipro Ltd:

Wipro Ltd., the third largest software services exporter, will be in focus after it informed stock exchanges regarding media news item titled "Wipro promoters in early stage of evaluating sale of part or whole business." The company said that the news article is baseless and malicious. There is no truth to these unsubstantiated rumours, it added.
